Lee on the Solent Community notice board is located on the High Street on the corner of Manor Way and at the Co-op in Twyford Drive. They are in a prime location to inform the local community of all things going on that may not have access to the internet.

Terms and Conditions of Use

Posters will promote Community Events taking place in Lee on the Solent or close neighbourhoods, organised by non-profit organisations. Commercial, political or private sales posters will not be permitted.

There are two Community Notice Boards, one in the High Street and one at the Co-Op in Twyford Drive. Posters can be displayed at either location or both, please indicate when supplying posters which location(s) you would like.

Posters must be A5 size only and supplied as hard copies, with a contact number. If possible, they should be laminated and hand delivered to the LRA contact points at Tesco Express in Pier Street or the Book Shop in the High Street. The envelope should be marked “Posters c/o LRA”.

Organisations should note that acceptance of their poster does not guarantee display on the noticeboard(s), although every effort will be made to comply with requests.

Lee Residents Association committee reserve the right to refuse any poster on the grounds that it might cause public offence.

Posters will be removed once the event has taken place, or after four weeks whichever is the earliest.
