A team from the Patient Participation Group of Solent View Medical Practice has compiled a Directory of Support Services which is available to view on the Solent View Medical Practice website

The Directory includes information, services and support that patients can access without a GP referral. Although concentrating on services for people with medical conditions it will also have information on services that young families, older persons, veterans, disabled persons etc. may find helpful.

The Directory will develop over time as we become aware of further services and reflect input from users. We expect to publish an updated edition with more information in about September.

The directory makes clear that services are not recommended or endorsed – it is up to users to satisfy themselves on the suitability of a service.
