The NHS are asking for people’s views on their proposal to create 24 neighbourhood hubs across Hampshire to help deliver care closer to home. This approach would also involve working with organisations including local councils, police and the voluntary sector. Lee-on-the-Solent would come under the Gosport Neighbourhood.
